TuraCheck will deliver any eviction or tenant history reported. Verifying references from past landlords may indicate how an applicant would occupy your property, if they have late rent payments, property damage, complaints from neighbors, or an eviction. This will be delivered in a scoring format.
Driving History Reports
Driving History Reports should be conducted on all final job candidates who will be operating a company motor vehicle. This report will include driving infractions and violations as well as current status (e.g., valid, invalid, expired, suspended, revoked, reinstated, etc.).
